Terms of Service

By creating a workspace or accessing the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

initiate.click provides revenue attribution, conversation tracking, and operational tooling for businesses running paid acquisition into WhatsApp. Features evolve continuously; we may add, modify, or retire functionality with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us promptly at security@initiate.click if you suspect unauthorized access.

One person per email. Workspaces may have multiple team members under separate emails.

You agree not to: (a) use the service to send unsolicited messages or violate WhatsApp's terms; (b) reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service; (c) misuse the service to facilitate illegal activity, harassment, or content that infringes third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or that put the service or other customers at risk.

The service uses credits for billable actions (e.g., messages sent, AI generations). Credits are non-refundable except as expressly provided.

Pricing on the pricing page is exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise; applicable taxes will be added at checkout once payment is enabled.

Failed transport actions (e.g., a message that cannot be delivered) result in a credit refund to your ledger automatically.

You retain all rights to data you submit. You grant us a license to host, process, and transmit that data solely to provide the service.

We will not share your data with advertising platforms or train public AI models on it.

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance windows and third-party outages may cause downtime.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

You may delete your workspace at any time from Settings → Account. We may terminate accounts for violations of these Terms with reasonable notice when feasible.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
